The Pond at Whitesands is perfect for a variety of functions to include but certainly not limited to:

The grounds are equipped with two all-purpose covered shelters that include seating with tables, four stationary grills, and running water. The facility's restrooms are equipped with heated showers. There are picnic tables dispersed throughout the grounds to accommodate parties of greater than 200 individuals. The gated pond is amendable to fishing from land or via canoes. Paddle boats are available. The central island is secluded from the remainder of the grounds with seating and grill for intimate settings.
The inside of the facilites include a fully-equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, two stove tops, oven, dual microwaves, and refrigerator with freezer. There is a master bedroom with bath and two additional bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.
